Breakfast and coffee runs along three lines. Downtown has Alla Prima, Parlor Doughnuts, Maker’s Cafe, the Ruby Slipper and a coffee kiosk at The Garden. East Gregory Street, East Hill and East Cervantes Street have Another Broken Egg, Bagel Heads, Jitterbug and Aunt Katie’s. North Davis Highway and Bayou Boulevard have IHOP, the Breakfast Table, Echo, Coffee Guy and three Starbucks stores.

The Waffle House at 401 E. Gregory St. is listed as temporarily closed on its own page and is left off.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Pensacola’s city limits, the same records that feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 11, 2026. We added places the map missed from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s restaurant inspection records, the Cordova Mall dining directory and The Garden at Palafox + Main, and checked every added address against the city limits. Where a site would not load, the phone is from our directory record. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or recommendation; nobody paid to be on it. A place can write to us to correct its entry.

The places

Alla Prima Coffee Roaster, 532 W. Garden St. A specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery on the west side of downtown.

Another Broken Egg Cafe, 721 E. Gregory St. A breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe with a full bar. It runs an online waitlist.

Aunt Katie’s Welcome to Breakfast, 3102 E. Cervantes St. A breakfast and lunch restaurant, open since February 2020, with a call-ahead waitlist instead of reservations.

Bagel Heads, 916 E. Gregory St. A bagel shop. Its site sits behind a bot check that would not load for us.

Breakfast Table, 6604 N. Davis Highway. No website; the state inspected it in August 2026.

Buzzed Brew Coffee, The Garden at Palafox + Main. A coffee kiosk at the covered outdoor food hall.

Cafe Single Fin, 380 N. Ninth Ave. A cafe with all-day breakfast and acai bowls, sharing an address with the Waterboyz surf and skate shop.

Coffee Guy Cafe, 6700 N. Davis Highway. Its site would not load for us.

Craft Gourmet Bakery & Cafe, 615 Scenic Highway. The bakery’s “Craft on Scenic” cafe serves hot breakfast and brunch with table service.

Dunkin’, 1133 Airport Blvd. Its location page would not load for us.

Echo Coffee, 3892 N. Davis Highway. Its ordering site would not load for us.

Einstein Bros. Bagels, 2430 Airport Blvd. The bagel chain has two counters at Pensacola International Airport, one before security and one after.

IHOP, 6239 N. Davis Highway. The pancake chain lists this restaurant as open 24 hours.

Jitterbug Beverage Company, 2050 N. 12th Ave. A gluten-free coffee shop and bakery in East Hill.

Leisure Club Coffee and Brunch Bar, 1151 Office Woods Drive, Suite A. No website; the state inspected it in July 2026.

Maker’s Cafe, 422 S. Palafox St. Its site sits behind a bot check that would not load for us.

Parlor Doughnuts, 120 Palafox Place. Layered doughnuts; this shop serves doughnuts and coffee only, its page says.

Ruby Slipper Cafe, 509 S. Palafox St. A brunch cafe chain’s downtown restaurant. Its location finder would not show hours to us; the state inspected it in July 2026.

Starbucks, four stores, one on the first level of Cordova Mall. The store finder showed storm-shortened Saturday hours, so we list the other six days.
